About me
For over 15 years, I've operated at the intersection of corporate strategy and innovation consulting, spending nearly a decade focused specifically on the FinTech and digital payments ecosystem. My career has been a deliberate journey to master both sides of the table: the formal world of a corporate leader and the agile, client-focused mindset of a strategic advisor. This dual perspective is the foundation of my work.
I started my journey grounded in the fundamentals, with degrees in Economics and Financial Analysis, which I applied in corporate roles managing multi-million euro budgets and advising on international growth. But I saw that true market leadership wasn't just about financial rigor; it was about human desirability. This drove me to pursue formal training in Design Thinking & Prototyping, which became my bridge into the world of consulting and digital product innovation. My recent Master's in Strategy from Nova SBE has further sharpened this integrated approach.
This unique blend of experience has culminated in my leadership roles as a Managing Director and COO, where I've owned the full P&L, built operational playbooks from scratch, and spearheaded successful market entry into new international territories. Thought my career, I've led cross-functional teams in directing over 15 major innovation projects, creating world-class digital products and customer experiences that drive resilient growth. Ultimately, my passion is to translate a powerful, customer-centric vision into flawless execution and tangible business results.
